Project Description: The replacement of the roof and the cladding, and the remediation of the rotten framing, including new door and window joinery, of seven luxury apartments suffering extreme water damage.
Our Role: We are the client representative in all aspects of this project. We have assisted the body corporate chairman bring the whole project to fruition by liaising with MBIE, coordinating all the major consultants, and arranging the contract with main contractor. This project is due to be completed late 2017.
