Project Description: An existing dwelling owned by an elderly couple that had previously been re-clad but continued to leak. After a lengthy court battle the owners won compensation, and a second repair was then able to be undertaken.
Our Role: Project Partners were the client’s project manager and representative from start to completion. We coordinated the architectural and consultant team and liaised with the local authorities, as well as tendered and contracted the works, and oversaw of the project through to completion, to the issuance of the CCC.
