Project Description: 36 hectares of north facing rolling farmland developed into 25 exclusive sites. This project involved a detailed resource consent process with emphasis on the detailed landscape management plan for flora and fauna, archaeological sites, the clearing of gorse and other weeds followed by the planting of over 300 native plants. Complex civil engineer solutions were required for the roading and storm water systems. The subdivision is gated, includes a bore and water storage for fire fighting and for residence during dry summers. 3klms of internal trails are planned for the estate.
