Project Description: 60 apartments over 16 levels on tight inner city site. Our Role: Client project manager, and the coordinator of the project design and consulting group for the development of all necessary documentation for building consent, negotiation with neighbours, and arranging a demolition contract. Works to commence in early 2017.

Project Description: A medium-rise, 50-apartment development in Kingsland, Auckland. Our Role: We are the client project manager for this development, which is proposed to commence in late 2017. Works are proceeding on the coordination of architect and consultants for resource consent.
